Job summary

GBS is seeking Lecturers in Construction Management to join our team and shape the learning journey of students. You will design and deliver sessions, digital resources and tailored support to meet industry needs in construction management.

You’ll provide feedback, track progress, and guide students to meet assessment criteria while ensuring an engaging and inclusive classroom experience. Role requires weekday, evening, and weekend teaching with on-site London locations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a relevant subject area; PhD desirable.
• Previous UK higher education lecturing experience and subject knowledge.
• Proven ability to supervise student work and provide feedback.
• Experience teaching adult learners on HE programmes; strong reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and deliver teaching sessions, digital resources and tailored support for construction management students.
• Provide meaningful feedback on progress, explain assessment gaps and guide improvement with resources and activities.
• Document and evaluate teaching to enhance learning quality and student experience.
