Job summary

Bath Spa University, in partnership with GEDU, seeks Lecturers in Construction Management to inspire students and build industry-relevant skills at our Manchester campus. The role requires week-day, evening and weekend teaching flexibility and is not visa-sponsoring. The position is full-time, 40 hours, on-site.

The successful candidate will design and deliver sessions, assess progress, maintain records, and contribute to student success in a rapidly evolving HE environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant subject (PhD desirable).
• Previous UK HE lecturing experience in construction management or related field.
• Experience supervising student work and giving constructive feedback.
• Proven ability to teach adult learners from diverse backgrounds in HE.
• Strong reporting skills and thorough student record maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and deliver teaching sessions and resources for construction management.
• Provide meaningful feedback on progress and assess against criteria.
• Document and evaluate teaching to improve learning experience for students.
