Job summary

Global Banking School in Manchester is seeking Lecturers in Construction Management to design, plan and deliver teaching sessions and digital resources, guiding students toward success in the construction industry.

The role requires a Master’s degree (PhD desirable), UK HE lecturing experience, and a track record of supervising student work with strong communication and reporting skills. On-site teaching with a generous leave and growth opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant subject area (PhD desirable).
• Proven UK HE lecturing experience and knowledge of the subject matter.
• Experience supervising student work and providing feedback.
• Track record teaching adult learners from diverse backgrounds on HE programmes.
• Strong reporting skills and ability to maintain student records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and deliver teaching sessions, digital resources and tailored support for construction management students.
• Provide meaningful feedback on progress and explain where work meets or falls short of criteria, guiding improvement.
• Document and evaluate teaching and identify areas for potential improvement to enhance the student experience.
