Job summary

Dalkia UK is seeking a Logistics Chargehand to supervise a team of General Operatives at HPC Main Site, ensuring efficient control and distribution of permanent construction materials and maintaining a safe work environment.

Role requires relevant safety qualifications, leadership skills, and proficient use of IT tools. Full-time position with 38 hours per week and 10 days on/4 days off shift pattern, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Good spoken and written English language skills.
• Basic IT literacy skills.
• Willing to undertake training courses as required to assist in delivering a high quality of service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of General Operatives for the control and distribution of permanent construction materials.
• Support and maintain the construction environment.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations to meet client requirements.
