Job Description:

Our client is a prestigious international law firm seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Solicitor with 3-10 PQE to join their team in Glasgow.

The firm is renowned for its dominance in the litigation industry, handling complex UK and cross-border disputes in infrastructure, construction, engineering, and energy sectors. They are recognized for their technical expertise and global achievements.

In this role, you will:

• Represent clients in the construction, energy, and infrastructure sectors, including investors, contractors, insurers, public sector entities, and PPP contracts.
• Advise on disputes from pre-action to litigation, arbitration, and adjudication.
• Collaborate with Partners, Associates, and trainees within your team and across the firm.
• Participate in business development and marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should have approximately 3-10 years of post-qualification experience within a construction (and/or energy & infrastructure) disputes team, at either the Associate or Senior Associate level.
