Tarmac, a CRH company, seeks a Construction-focused Legal Counsel to guide major infrastructure projects in Solihull. You will advise on NEC, JCT and FIDIC contracts, and lead disputes and adjudications while supporting commercial negotiations with project teams.

The ideal candidate is a Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or FCILEx in England & Wales with a proven track record in contentious and non-contentious construction law, and experience working with quantity surveyors and senior leaders to

• Must hold a Solicitor, Barrister or FCILEx qualification in England & Wales.
• Strong background in contentious and non-contentious construction law.
• Experience with NEC, JCT and FIDIC contract forms and adjudications.
