Job summary

Executive Network Legal Ltd in Oxfordshire seeks a Construction Solicitor (Professional Support Lawyer) with 5+ PQE to join a leading construction team. The role focuses on knowledge management, non-contentious precedents and innovative practice delivery.

You will monitor developments, publish updates, deliver training and support client publications while advancing legal tech and AI-enabled processes. Hybrid working available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' PQE in construction & engineering law.
• Experience with non-contentious construction precedents (JCT/NEC) preferred.
• Strong drafting and attention to detail essential.
• Experience in knowledge management or as a Professional Support Lawyer advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge resources, precedents and templates.
• Monitor legal/regulatory developments and publish updates.
• Deliver training, client publications and seminars.
• Drive legal innovation through technology and AI.
