Job summary

Executive Network Legal Ltd is seeking a Commercial Solicitor (Professional Support Lawyer) in Oxfordshire with 5+ PQE in commercial law. The role focuses on knowledge management, technical excellence and innovation within a national team.

You will monitor developments, produce thought leadership, deliver training, research complex topics, and develop precedents and templates while supporting business development and collaboration across the practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in commercial law.
• Strong drafting and research skills; ability to explain complex developments.
• Experience across contracts, IT, data protection or regulatory work advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor legal and regulatory developments as part of the team.
• Produce thought leadership articles for knowledge sharing.
• Deliver technical training to colleagues and fee earners.
• Assist with complex legal research and analysis when required.
• Develop and maintain precedents and template documents.
• Support business development initiatives and client engagement.
• Drive best practice across the team and keep resources up to date.
