Job summary

Infopro Digital, the B2B group powering Barbour ABI, is seeking a Researcher in the UK to support our construction intelligence products. You will research current projects to a high level using telephone, internet and other sources to generate opportunities for clients.

You'll work with our CRM to answer queries, manage your own workload, and strive to meet KPI targets. A minimum of 2 years in an outbound calling role and GCSEs in Maths and English are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an outbound calling role
• GCSE pass in Maths and English - Grade C or above (or equivalent qualification)
• Effective Communicator
• Active listener
• Excellent telephone manner
• Experience working towards and achieving KPI’s.
• Resilience and great work ethic
• Dedication and commitment to producing consistently high-quality output
• Team player, with a sound understanding of the role you can play in helping the wider team to succeed

• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel or similar.

Responsibilities

• Researching current construction projects to a high level using the telephone, internet, and other communication sources to generate opportunities for our customers.
• Interacting directly with customers through our internal CRM systems to answer queries on project information.
• Managing your own workload to ensure project information is current, accurate and delivered in a timely manner to meet department expectations.
• Achieving KPI measures around project volume and quality of data gathered.
• Liaising with other colleagues within the business
• Building relationships with contacts within the construction industry
