Job summary

ISS Facility Services UK is seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to support health, safety, environmental and quality management across a portfolio of construction projects.

You will work with Project Managers, Site Managers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with legal requirements and the OneISS Way, driving a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across project activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project-based health & safety role within construction.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel to sites and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct planned and unannounced site inspections, audits and assurance reviews.
• Review Construction Phase Plans, RAMS and permits to control risks.
• Support teams in hazard identification and implementing controls.
• Lead investigations into incidents using root cause analysis.
• Prepare statutory reports, including RIDDOR where required, and track actions.
• Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings and HSEQ awareness sessions.
