Job summary

CSC Recruitment Ltd is seeking an HR Coordinator with at least one year of experience to support recruitment, onboarding and payroll across construction sites in Greater London. You will play a key role in data handling and reporting to help drive HR decisions.

The role requires strong report writing, GDPR awareness and a willingness to pursue CIPD qualifications up to Level 5. You will work on-site on construction projects and coordinate with site teams.

Qualifications

• Must be an HR Coordinator with at least 1 year of experience.
• Strong data handling and reporting skills required.
• Willingness to pursue CIPD qualifications from Level 3 to Level 5.

Responsibilities

• Manage full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, development and offboarding for site and office staff.
• Coordinate recruitment activities: advertise vacancies, screen CVs, arrange interviews, issue offers.
• Ensure right-to-work documents, qualifications, and site-specific accreditations are up to date.
