Job summary

Croudace Homes is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join our Head Office team in Caterham. You will drive a positive safety culture across multiple sites, conducting inspections, audits and investigations while advising site teams and contractors to continually improve standards.

Reporting to the Head of Health & Safety, you’ll develop policies and deliver training, collaborating with Legal, Internal Audit, Compliance, Facilities, HR, Finance and IT to ensure a proactive health

Qualifications

• TechIOSH membership (minimum)
• Significant construction H&S experience (5–8 years)
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously across multiple sites

Responsibilities

• Drive a positive Health & Safety culture across the business and projects
• Carry out inspections, audits and investigations and provide practical guidance
• Support site teams, contractors and stakeholders to improve standards
• Develop and implement policies, procedures and training with the Head of Health & Safety
• Collaborate with Legal, Audit, Facilities, HR, Finance, IT and operations to ensure consistency
