Job summary

O'Neill & Brennan is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to own the HSE function across our construction operations. You will work hands-on on site with the project teams and subcontractors while also shaping strategy with senior management.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will develop policies, run audits, manage RAMS, lead investigations, and drive a culture of proactive safety and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction industry safety management.
• On-site visibility and leadership required.
• Ability to develop and implement safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee health and safety across construction operations.
• Develop, implement, and continually improve safety policies, procedures, and management systems.
• Carry out regular site inspections and safety audits across multiple projects.
• Identify hazards and non-compliance and ensure corrective action is taken.
• Provide professional advice to site managers, employees, and subcontractors.
