Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor (Construction) based in Luton. The role combines office and field work, with 8:30-5pm Mon-Fri and support for the QHSE Manager, reviewing reports, PPE orders and incident records.

Ideal candidates will come from a construction or civil background with Health & Safety experience, and must be willing to commute to the Tring office and attend site visits across a southern patch.

Qualifications

• Health & Safety Advisor or similar from a construction / civil background.
• Willing to commute to office in Tring and attend site visits.
• Experience with QHSE processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the QHSE Manager with activities.
• Review reports and manage PPE orders.
• Maintain accident and incident reports.
• Ensure staff training records are up to date and compliant.
• Split between office and field (8:30-5pm Mon-Fri).
