Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor (Construction) for a hybrid role in Luton. Salary range GBP35,000–GBP45,000 plus training, progression, car allowance, company holidays, bonus and hybrid working.

The role involves both office-based duties and field site visits, with duties supervised by the QHSE Manager. Initial tasks include reviewing reports, ordering PPE, maintaining accident/incident logs and ensuring training records are up to date in line with

Qualifications

• Health & Safety experience, preferably in construction or civil projects.
• Willingness to commute to office and perform site visits.

Responsibilities

• Assist the QHSE Manager with activities.
• Review reports and manage PPE orders.
• Maintain accident and incident reports.
• Ensure staff training records are up to date and compliant with legislation.
• Split between office and field (8:30–5pm Mon–Fri).
