Job Description:

We are pleased to be working on behalf of a global insurance provider, which requires an experienced Underwriter to join their expanding UK construction and engineering department. The role involves underwriting and producing insurance and reinsurance business within authority levels.

Responsibilities include underwriting cases in a consistent and technical manner within authority limits, acting as the primary contact for medium-sized clients, and supporting larger clients.

Candidates should have a background in engineering underwriting, with knowledge of the UK construction market. The ideal candidate will be calm, flexible, proficient in Microsoft applications, diplomatic, and possess strong commercial acumen.
