Job summary

Cornerstone Project Source Ltd is seeking a permanent Document Controller in Essex to support the Contracts Team. Immediate start with a £30,000 per annum salary. The role involves filing, archiving, scanning and managing project documents across multiple portals.

You will download, distribute and upload documents to Aconex, Asite, 4Projects/Viewpoint, Procore and Dalux, ensuring compliance with procedures and accurate tracking of requests and NCRs.

Qualifications

• Construction experience (preferred)
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
• Excellent organisational skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Relationship builder
• Experience with document submission portals (e.g. Asite, Aconex, Viewpoint, 4Projects, Procore, Dalux)

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Contracts Team, including filing, archiving and scanning
• Download and distribute construction documents, including uploading to project information portals such as Aconex, Asite, 4Projects/Viewpoint, Procore and Dalux
• Comply with documentation procedures
• Log document requests and distribution as needed
• Sort, store and retrieve electronic and hard copy documents
• Book inductions
• Save site reports on the server
• Carry out Fieldwire backups
• Log and track internal NCRs
• Chase documents such as ITPs and WIRs
• Assist the Office Manager
• Assist Accounts and Procurement if required
