Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our project teams in Ipswich. The role requires structured filing, revision control, and effective liaison with project managers, engineers and site teams to ensure documentation is accurate and accessible.

The ideal candidate will have background in construction or civil engineering and be proficient with document management tools such as Aconex, Viewpoint, Asite or Procore, plus strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Previous Document Control experience within construction or civil engineering.
• Experience managing drawings, technical documents and revision control.
• Familiarity with document management systems such as Aconex, Viewpoint, Asite or Procore.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to liaise with project managers, engineers and site teams.
