Responsibilities

• Advising on disputes: provide counsel on delay, disruption, defects and payment issues.
• Handling adjudication, arbitration and court proceedings; draft pleadings and represent clients.
• Contract interpretation of standard and bespoke construction contracts.
• Client relationship management; explain options and outcomes clearly.
• Support business development to expand the firm's construction practice.
