Company Overview

QSD is a leading specialist in fire suppression installations, fire stopping, and dry risers, working with some of the biggest names in the construction industry – as well as bespoke one-off self builds. Due to continued growth and upcoming projects, we’re recruiting a Contracts Manager to join our team.

About the Role

As Contracts Manager, you'll oversee fire protection projects from start to finish, managing schedules, ensuring compliance, and maintaining excellent client relationships. You'll liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver projects safely, on time, and to high standards.

Requirements

• Experience in the building trade, ideally within fire protection or M&E services
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent client-facing communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proactive, problem-solving attitude
• A full UK driving licence
