Location: Ballymena

Your new role as Contracts Manager

1. Manage projects end to end
2. Ensure projects are on time and within budget
3. Meet clients & sub-contractors
4. Manage multiple contracts simultaneously
5. Provide information on tenders
6. Ensure quality management of contracts
7. Report weekly on progress

What you'll need to be successful as Contracts Manager

• 3+ years experience in Contracts Management
• Fit-out experience is preferable
• Understanding of Health & Safety regulations
• Experience in manufacturing is a benefit
