Location: Ballymena
Your role as Contracts Manager:
- Manage projects from start to finish.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Meet with clients and subcontractors.
- Manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Provide information for tenders.
- Maintain quality management of contracts.
- Report weekly on project progress.
- At least 3 years of experience in Contracts Management.
- Experience in fit-out projects is preferred.
- Understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
- Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
