Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd in Glasgow South Side is seeking a Contract Support (Construction) to assist the renewable installation team with scheduling, documentation, and data entry to keep projects moving. This role offers on-the-job training and the chance to progress toward a Project Coordinator position.

You will work with Project Coordinators and the Site Team, coordinating appointments and ensuring records are complete in a busy construction environment.

Qualifications

• Some experience in an administrative or customer service role.
• Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to learn the Big Change system.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and project coordination.
• Support planning and scheduling of installation works.
• Coordinate surveyors, installers and contractors to deadlines.
• Arrange site access and pre-installation requirements.
• Maintain project schedules and records.
• Prepare and track job packs and compliance documents.
• Log job cards and timesheets in Big Change and chase missing docs.
