Job summary

We Are Footprint is seeking a Construction Materials Buyer to join our established construction division and support a busy pipeline of projects. You will source and purchase construction materials across multiple projects, obtaining quotes, negotiating terms and building strong supplier relationships.

Working closely with site teams, QS and project managers, you will ensure correct materials, on time and within programme.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction buying or materials purchasing.
• Solid knowledge of construction materials, products and suppliers.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Commercially aware with focus on value for money.
• Organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Confident building relationships with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and purchasing construction materials across multiple projects.
