Job summary

Fawkes and Reece is seeking a capable Administrator on a temporary 12-month contract based in Fareham. The role sits with a specialist main contractor delivering diverse projects across the region.

The successful candidate will have prior administration experience, preferably in construction, and strong skills with Microsoft packages to support document control, inbox management, and site communications.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administration or site administration.
• Organised, diligent and proactive attitude and nature
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Self-motivated and team player attitude essential

Responsibilities

• Assist Document control team with scanning and filling project documentation.
• Manage and maintain shared inbox
• Point of contact for operatives & subcontractors
• Support H&S team with compliance and training as and when required
