Qualifications

• Experience in construction industry accounting, CIS essential.
• Proficient in UK bookkeeping and financial controls.
• Proficient with Xero, Sage or Evolution accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase and sales ledgers, bank reconciliations, and monthly reporting.
• Oversee CIS compliance, verify subcontractors, process deductions, prepare returns.
• Handle invoicing, credit control, payments, and cash flow tracking.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients on financial queries.
• Manage weekly payroll.
• Provide general administration and support to directors.
