Job summary

Ravenworth is seeking a Finance / Accounts Manager in the Greater London area to oversee day-to-day financial operations for a growing construction business.

The role includes CIS management, supplier payments, invoicing, and payroll, with a handover period of 6 months based in Barking IG11. You will support directors and help shape financial processes within a stable, long-term position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are a growing construction business seeking an organised and proactive Accounts Manager to oversee day to day financial operations and general administration. The role suits someone confident managing CIS, supplier payments, invoicing, and supporting directors with smooth office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage purchase ledger, sales ledger, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting.
• Oversee CIS compliance, including verifying subcontractors, processing CIS deductions, and preparing monthly returns.
• Handle invoicing, credit control, payment runs, and cashflow tracking.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients on financial queries.
• Manage and process weekly payroll.
• Provide general office administration, document control, and support to directors.
