Job summary

Site Equip Ltd is seeking a commercially minded Account Executive Construction to own an established portfolio of construction customers, deepen relationships, and drive growth across welfare and sanitation solutions.

You will work with our construction sales team to transition newly won accounts into long-term, high-value partners, leveraging uncapped commission to reward performance. This role emphasizes trust, consistency, and commercial growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, relationship management, or B2B sales.
• Strong retention and growth mindset with customer-focused approach.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of existing construction accounts.
• Retain customers through proactive service and commercial insight.
• Grow share of wallet by identifying additional sites, phases, and products.
• Transition accounts from New Business team and embed long-term relationships.
• Be the main point of contact across multiple projects.
• Advise on welfare and sanitation solutions for sites.
• Produce quotes, negotiate terms, and manage renewals.
• Collaborate with operations, transport, and accounts for smooth delivery.
• Resolve issues quickly to protect relationships.
• Attend networking events and feed insights to teams.
