SNP in Edinburgh is seeking a proactive Constituency Caseworker to handle enquiries via email, phone, letter and in person. You will manage and track casework with GDPR-compliant records and draft responses on policy issues.

The role involves liaising with government departments, supporting MSPs in meetings, and assisting with general office administration to ensure efficient operations within a small team.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a first point of contact for constituents, responding to enquiries by email, telephone, letter and in person.
• Manage and track casework with accurate, confidential records.
• Draft correspondence, briefings and responses on policy and constituency issues.
• Liaise with government departments, local authorities and other organisations to progress cases.
• Support the MSP in planning constituency meetings, surgeries and community events.
• Assist with day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to team discussions and broader parliamentary work.
