Atari is seeking a Consolidation Manager & Technical Accountant to lead the Group's IFRS consolidation processes and deliver consolidated financial statements. The role involves coordinating across Sweden, the UK and the US, providing technical accounting guidance on complex transactions, and supporting audit cycles.

You will build robust close processes, maintain accounting policies across entities, and drive improvements in reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Qualificações

• Professional accounting qualification or equivalent experience (ACA/ACCA/CPA or similar).
• Experience leading group consolidations and preparing IFRS financial statements.
• Strong technical accounting skills including reviewing contracts and complex transactions.
• Experience managing external audit cycles and liaising with auditors.
• Experience in publicly traded or complex financial reporting environments.
• Understanding of US GAAP or ability to explain IFRS/US GAAP differences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual IFRS consolidation for the Group across multiple entities.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, schedules and disclosures.
• Own the consolidation timetable and coordinate inputs across finance teams.
• Perform technical accounting analyses for significant transactions and contracts.
• Prepare accounting position papers documenting facts, analysis and actions.
• Coordinate and manage annual external audit process with auditors.
