Job summary

Kier Group's KierBAM team in Plymouth at Devonport Royal Dockyard is seeking a Configuration Control Administrator to support day-to-day configuration and information management, ensuring data is recorded, maintained and controlled in line with project procedures.

You will work with the Configuration Control Coordinator to maintain records, manage user access, enter and validate information, and perform quality checks while supporting GDPR, information security and governance requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with databases, spreadsheets, records or administrative systems.
• Strong attention to detail with large volumes of information.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures consistently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project records, registers and databases per procedures.
• Administer configuration and information management systems, including user accounts and access.
• Enter, update and validate project information for accuracy.
• Perform routine data quality checks and respond to user queries.
• Support document control, GDPR, information security and governance.
