Job summary

KierBAM are delivering a Royal Navy redevelopment project in Plymouth and are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to manage and assure model-based deliverables and information management in a live MOD facility.

The role requires experience in BIM coordination, model federation, and ISO 19650; security clearance (BPSS) is required. CSCS White/Yellow is preferred, with a permanent contract and 42.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital construction and information management, including BIM coordination.
• Experience in model federation and multidisciplinary BIM delivery.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 information management principles and key documents (EIR, PIS).
• Experience supporting information quality assurance, compliance reviews and information delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Work with project teams to support BIM and information management requirements.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and ISO 19650 requirements.
• Develop and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Coordinate, review and maintain project information models across disciplines.
• Identify BIM, information management and coordination risks and propose mitigations.
• Provide guidance and training in BIM and digital delivery to project teams.
