Job summary

KierBAM in Plymouth is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join the Devonport Royal Dockyard project. You will coordinate, manage and assure model-based deliverables across multidisciplinary teams to support safe, efficient project delivery.

The role requires BIM coordination experience, proficiency with Autodesk Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD, ISO 19650 knowledge, and strong collaboration skills; security checks apply, with site-based work in Plymouth.

Qualifications

• CSCS Card – White/Yellow required.
• Experience in digital construction and information management, including BIM coordination.
• Working knowledge of ISO 19650 information management principles.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, review and maintain project information models to support multidisciplinary coordination.
• Ensure information management processes and BIM standards compliance.
• Provide training, guidance and technical support in BIM and information management.
• Perform information quality assurance to ensure graphical and non-graphical data meets requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams and supply chain partners to deliver BIM deliverables.
