Job summary

EMEA3 Recruitment is seeking a sales-focused professional to maximise revenue from conference, events and accommodation within the Stirling Venues team. You will engage with customers to secure repeat business and deliver a first-class customer experience.

Responsibilities include prospecting, showing prospective clients around venues, negotiating terms, and managing bookings and related documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales to conferences/events is desirable.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and target new business prospects for onsite hotel, campus, conference and events.
• Coordinate and lead showrounds/familiarisation visits to secure bookings.
• Negotiate pricing and deliver on customer objectives to meet sales targets.
• Process bookings and maintain accurate quotes and contracts in the reservation system.
