Leading media events business seeks a highly talented Senior Conference Producer to join their team, working across B2B events within the public sector.

The role involves producing and managing high-quality, commercially attractive content across their portfolio of conferences, webinars, and exhibitions for the social infrastructure sector.

The successful candidate will have the ability to research, plan, and develop content for multiple events and build strong relationships internally and externally.

Senior Conference Producer - Job duties & responsibilities:

1. Carry out high-quality primary research with industry leaders to develop unique programme content.
2. Organize advisory panel meetings and run programme planning meetings.
3. Sourcing, inviting, confirming, and briefing the highest calibre of speakers.
4. Manage speaker care administration.
5. Curate engaging and innovative content.
6. Work closely with the marketing team to generate compelling content supporting conference marketing campaigns.
7. Shape new session formats that are innovative and interactive.

Senior Conference Producer - Profile Required:

1. Proven track record in conference production, ideally 3+ years.
2. Strong interest in the public sector.
3. Ability to meet deadlines and work comfortably under pressure, managing multiple projects.
4. Strong academic background.
5. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
6. Excellent copywriting skills are a plus.
7. Ability to manage professional internal and external relationships.
8. Energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and self-motivated.
