Job summary

Insight Select Limited in London is seeking a commercially minded Graduate Conference Producer to join its growing Central London team. You’ll research industry trends, develop conference agendas and source influential speakers, while building relationships with senior executives and industry experts.

You’ll manage 3-4 conferences annually from concept through delivery, collaborating with sales, marketing and operations, with opportunities for international travel and career progression.

Qualifications

• Graduate (or equivalent) with some commercial or corporate experience.
• Background in sales, recruitment, marketing, events or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially aware, curious and interested in business trends.
• Highly organised, proactive and confident managing deadlines.
• Ambitious, motivated and keen to develop a long-term career.

An established international events business is seeking an ambitious, commercially minded Graduate Conference Producer to join its growing Central London team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in sales, recruitment, marketing, account management or a similar corporate role who is looking for something more creative, varied and intellectually stimulating.

You’ll work with senior business leaders, research emerging industry trends and develop high-profile conferences across professional services and technology markets.

Key Responsibilities:
