Job summary

Levy UK & Ireland is seeking a driven Conference & Events Sales Executive to maximise venue revenue by converting enquiries into bookings while delivering outstanding customer service.

You'll build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, manage enquiries across multiple channels, maintain accurate CRM data, and develop a strong understanding of forecasts, competitor activity, and venue performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximise venue revenue through effective enquiry handling.
• Provide outstanding customer service and achieve KPIs.
• Develop client, venue and internal relationships via knowledgeable enquiry handling.
• Deliver consistent service across phone, online, 3rd party and email enquiries.
• Be inquisitive about forecasts and budgets to inform strategy.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and load all enquiries; monitor profiles.
