What’s involved?
As Conference & Events Sales Office Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue and maximizing the utilization of all event spaces at the resort, leveraging your sales, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Your duties include understanding the local market and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities, providing sales forecasts and performance reports to the Director of Sales, and collaborating with other divisions to ensure flawless event execution.
Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably with a focus on conferences & events, is desired. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are key, along with an excellent understanding of acquiring new business and fostering repeat business.
