Qualifications

• Experience in conference & banqueting is beneficial
• Strong guest service orientation required

Responsibilities

• Promote a welcoming image and assist guests with requests
• Set up rooms, lay tables, move furniture and equipment, prepare stock
• Close down and clean after events
• Follow service steps and keep guest focus
• Know menus and be able to answer questions and make recommendations
• Communicate orders to bar and kitchen teams with attention to dietary requirements
