Conference and Banqueting Supervisor / Event Service Expert

Are you a friendly, confident and enthusiastic individual seeking a career in hospitality? We have an exciting opportunity in our Conference and Banqueting team as a Conference and Banqueting Supervisor. You will be part of the Marriott family offering outstanding service to our guests and associates. You will also have access to our exclusive benefits and training opportunities! This role is paid at 13.37 per hour.

Main Duties:

• Follow Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role.
• Promoting a welcoming environment.
• Communicate with guests, other employees, and other departments to ensure guests' needs are met.
• Support the operations and supervise the running of the event.
• Set up banquet area/room, ensuring cleanliness and proper set up of furniture/equipment.
• Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating, motivating, and coaching employees.

What do you need to apply?

You do not have to have any specific qualifications in order to apply, but it is desirable if you have experience within the conference and banqueting sector. We look for enthusiasm, ability to adapt, well-presented, excellent customer service skills, and flexibility to work all shift patterns.
