Bettys & Taylors of Harrogate is seeking a Confectionery Assistant for the Night Shift Team at our Craft Bakery. You will assemble and decorate fresh cream items and afternoon tea cakes with care, in a fast-paced environment that values precision and teamwork.

Working 40 hours per week on night shifts from 9pm to 5am, five days across the schedule with alternate weekends. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including meals, discounts, and a supportive culture.

• Full training will be provided.

We're excited to offer a new opportunity for a Confectionery Assistant to join our Confectionery Night Shift Team at our Bettys Craft Bakery, where we handcraft a variety of our iconic and delicious products.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for assembling and decorating fresh cream items and beautifully delicate afternoon tea cakes with precision and care.

About the Role

• Position: Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Schedule: Night shifts from 9pm to 5am, across 5 days per week (including alternate weekends)
• Flexibility: We’re open to discussing alternative working patterns—please include any preferences in your application.

About You

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of a supportive team and thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment. Previous experience working night shifts or in a high-speed production setting is beneficial, but not essential as full training will be provided.
