Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting for a Concrete Operative at its Holme on Spalding Moor site. The role requires hands-on production duties supporting a busy pre-cast team in a fast-paced environment, with a typical Monday to Thursday shift from 7am to 5pm.

Typical duties include moving and storing concrete, shovelling into moulds, mixing and maintaining a safe, clean workspace while adhering to health and safety protocols. Own transport is required due to site location.

Qualifications

• Previous experience using is desirable but no essential.
• Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment.
