Job summary

Tillicoultry Quarries Ltd. is recruiting a Concrete Plant Supervisor for a Kings Lynn site. You will lead the day-to-day operations of the concrete plant, ensure safety procedures are followed, and maintain high-quality ready-mix products in a busy, client-focused environment.

• Concrete batching experience would be advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day safe and efficient running of the concrete plant.
• Promote and comply with Health and Safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain mixing equipment in line with company standards to maximise output.
• Order raw materials timely and input via control systems for accurate stock management.
• Ensure accurate production and quality of Ready-mix products.
• Housekeeping of yard and stock areas.

The successful candidates should be customer focused, reliable, well organised and be able to work well as part of a team in a busy site environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsibility for the day-to-day safe and efficient running of the concrete plant.
