Job summary

Tillicoultry Quarries Ltd. is seeking a Concrete Plant Supervisor based near Kings Lynn to lead the day-to-day operation of the plant on a busy site at East Anglia. You will ensure safe, efficient production, maintain batching equipment and oversee stock control while working closely with customers and suppliers.

The role requires a strong safety focus, good communication, and willingness to work flexible hours with regular overtime to meet business needs. A driving licence is essential.

THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsibility for the day-to-day safe and efficient running of the concrete plant.
• Promoting and complying with company Health and Safety procedures at all times.
• Ensuring all mixing equipment is maintained in line with company standards to ensure the plant maximises its output potential.
• To ensure all raw materials are ordered in a timely manner and input via the control systems to ensure accurate stock management.
• Responsibility for the accurate production and quality of Ready-mix products.
