Brett is seeking an experienced Plant Supervisor to oversee daily concrete plant operations in Ashford, Kent, with a focus on safety and efficiency. You will coordinate production, liaise with drivers and dispatch, and ensure delivery records are accurate while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualificações

• Excellent telephone manner and proven experience in a similar plant role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with an understanding of customer requirements.
• Experience in the ready-mix concrete industry.
• Qualified to drive a loading shovel would be an advantage.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Lead our busy concrete plant and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Produce concrete inline with quality standards to meet customer expectations.
• Liaise with drivers and dispatch to ensure efficient batching and deliveries.
• Monitor plant performance and address operational issues promptly.
• Manage stock controls, plant equipment and delivery records.
• Be responsible for safety, health and environment standards onsite.
