Heidelberg Materials UK is recruiting a Concrete Plant Apprentice to join our busy concrete production operation. You will gain hands-on experience across site operations, plant maintenance, health and safety, and quality control while earning industry qualifications.

Through day-release college attendance and mentorship, you will develop practical skills and a pathway to long-term careers within Heidelberg Materials, with opportunities for advancement as you complete your apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and assist with site operations.
• Support routine plant inspections and maintenance activities.
• Assist with environmental controls, waste management and safety documentation.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe and well-organised site.
• Record and report issues affecting safety, quality or environment.
