Responsibilities

• Operate static and mobile plant equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with asphalt production to meet demand and quality standards.
• Carry out daily inspections of plant and equipment.
• Report defects and maintenance needs promptly.
• Complete maintenance, cleaning, and refuelling tasks as directed.
• Support start-up and shutdown procedures for plant.
• Maintain accurate operational records and safety documentation.
• Work across Heidelberg Materials sites when required.
