Job summary

Heidelberg Materials UK is offering a Concrete Plant Apprentice position to gain hands-on experience in a busy concrete production operation. You will join a structured apprenticeship programme with day-release college attendance to attain industry-recognised qualifications.

You’ll learn plant operation, batching systems, maintenance, health & safety, and environmental management while earning and learning. This role provides long-term career progression within Heidelberg Materials.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4 (C) or above, or equivalent.
• Attitude to learn and safety minded with good teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support site operations and learn plant equipment operation.
• Assist with housekeeping and safety practices on site.
• Help with environmental and quality controls in production.
