People Solutions is recruiting for an experienced Concrete Caster to join our client in Evesham. The role involves setting up and operating machinery to cast concrete products, ensuring quality per drawings, and maintaining a safe, clean work area on site.

• Carrying out checks against specifications and technical drawings to ensure product quality and conformity.

People Solutions are currently recruiting for experienced Concrete Casters to join our well-established client based in Evesham.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering ongoing work, excellent working hours, and genuine opportunities for permanent employment.

This role would suit candidates with experience as a Concrete Caster, Concrete Production Operative, Precast Concrete Operative, Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, General Operative, or Construction Operative.

Shifts

• Monday to Thursday - 07:00 - 16:00
• Friday - 07:00 - 12:00
• Flexibility required to meet business needs

Rates of Pay

• £17.00 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties

• Setting up and operating machinery to ensure optimum efficiency

• Assembling components using tools and machinery
• Carrying out checks against specifications and technical drawings to ensure product quality and conformity
• Conducting regular quality inspections and correcting issues immediately
• Ensuring adequate stock of raw materials to maintain productivity
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy working environment at all times
• Following all health and safety procedures and company policies
