Job summary

Total Employment in Mildenhall is seeking Production Operatives to support a busy plant on a temporary basis with potential to become permanent. Shifts are Monday to Friday, starting immediately, with hands-on work in concrete product production.

You will disassemble moulds, seal joints, and assist with loading and unloading deliveries while maintaining a clean, safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling concrete products.
• Ability to read work instructions and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to work as part of a small team in a factory setting.

• Assist with the production of concrete products.
• Dis-assemble moulds.
• Clean, re-assemble and set up moulds for future casts.
• Mastic seal mould joints.
• Oil mould faces.
• Pour concrete in moulds and trowel finish.
• Stack & palletise finished units.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.

These positions are offered on a temporary basis; you will therefore need to be available to start work straight away, and they could become permanent for the right candidates.
